After obtaining her BA (Psych.) from The New School in New York City, Linda Joy Sullivan, CPA, earned an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and her Masters in Law, with an emphasis in International Taxation, from the Thomas Jefferson Law School.
For close to two decades, Ms. Sullivan has been engaged by companies and individuals in diverse settings, providing public audit services; assisting
companies to meet their SEC financial filing requirements; completing financial forecasts and projections; preparing income, estate and trust tax filings and handling tax controversies with the IRS; serving as an expert witness and as a court appointed receiver; completing forensic accounting projects and providing a variety of litigation support services in complex matters before the courts.
Ms. Sullivan is the founder of an anti-human trafficking not-for-profit based in South Florida and serves in the Vermont General Assembly.
Heber C. Maughan received his B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an M.A. degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
In addition to serving with Arthur Young & Co. (now EY), Mr. Maughan has held a number of senior management posts for public and private companies, to include serving variously as CEO, Chief Financial Officer, V.P. Finance, Controller, and/or Secretary for, among other national and international concerns, a venture backed high technology company; a medical device firm; a national logistics transportation equipment provider; a health insurance claims and management services outfit; a petroleum exploration company; a retail eyewear chain; and a provider of geophysics and bioscience development and research tools.
Mr. Maughan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.
